1. The service

PrepHallTicket ("we", "us") provides online mock tests, practice questions, study material and performance analytics for competitive-exam preparation, accessible at http://prephallticket.com.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. One account is for one student — sharing logins to bypass the free-test limit is not permitted.

3. Free tier and subscriptions

Every student gets 3 free mock tests. Paid plans (starting at ₹99 for 30 days) unlock unlimited tests for the plan's duration. Plans are prepaid and non-recurring — access simply ends at the plan's end date unless you purchase a new one; we don't auto-charge you for renewal.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner; we never store your card or UPI details. Refund requests are handled case by case — contact support within 7 days of purchase if a payment was made in error or a technical issue prevented you from using the service.

5. Content

Questions, explanations, study notes and blog content are provided for exam-preparation purposes and are reviewed for accuracy, but we don't guarantee they're free of error or that using them guarantees a particular exam result.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, redistribute, or resell our question bank; don't attempt to circumvent the free-test limit or subscription gating; don't upload content that infringes someone else's rights.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "last updated" date.
